📖 Our story: we started in 1979 at a textile industry school and entered a cotton mill in 1981. In 1984 we moved to the textile industry administration. In 1994 we entered the foreign trade business and attended our first Canton Fair — 34 consecutive sessions to date. Since 2007 we have been running our European headquarters in Prague. Today, with a complete chain from Chinese factories to the Czech wholesale market, we serve customers in more than 20 European countries.

Pricing, samples, lead time, payment and after-sales — the 9 questions customers ask most

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
It differs from product to product — you will find it on every product card and in the price list (usually 100–1,000 sets/pcs). Once our European warehouse is ready, smaller trial orders will be possible. The exact MOQ is confirmed in our written quotation.
Are the prices on the website final?
No. The prices shown are FOB China factory prices and do not include freight or insurance. The final price, MOQ and specifications follow our written quotation — we reply within 24 hours.
Can you send samples?
Yes. Samples are charged at cost, and the amount is fully refunded from your invoice once you place an official order. International courier freight is charged separately. Just email us the product codes and your delivery address at suntextile@suninteurope.com, or tick "Request a sample" in the inquiry form below.
How long is the lead time after ordering?
Lead time cannot be given as a single figure: it depends on order size, whether the factory holds stock, your inspection requirements and vessel schedules. We always confirm the exact date in writing when the order is confirmed. Once our European warehouse is ready, delivery across Europe will take 3–5 working days.
What payment methods do you accept?
For bulk orders we usually work with T/T — 30% deposit and 70% before shipment, or 100% in advance. For larger orders a letter of credit (L/C) is possible. The exact terms are stated in our quotation.
How is shipping arranged?
Bulk orders normally go by sea (FCL or LCL); urgent smaller shipments by air or international courier. Orders from our European warehouse (once ready) will travel by road across Europe, usually within 3–5 working days. Freight is quoted separately by destination and is not included in the product price.
Do you support private label and customisation?
Yes. We offer woven or embroidered logos, custom colours and patterns, and gift-box packaging — OEM/ODM. Minimum quantities for customised runs are confirmed individually.
How are the products packed, and how many per carton?
Packaging is listed on every product card (inner packing / units per carton and approximate weight). If you need different packaging — individual polybags, a gift box or a fabric bale — tell us in your inquiry and we will quote it again.
European warehouse orders (once ready): exchange within 14 days, quality claims answered within 48 hours. Orders shipped directly from China follow the terms of the contract.
